Design Theory

I was thinking of a famous saying... well, maybe not so famous, but it said this:
"When you say 'My mind' that automatically underlines the fact that you own it, or have it under control, and it's about time you realize that we do not own The Mind, neither we control it"
The line goes much further but I was wondering if The Mind acts as a WDS image for all human agents that are deployed on this planet... you know.
Let's, for example, add some of the obvious elements:

Hardware Body (functionally our avatar, our molded form of being with a section that we can call a heart and I'll end here)
The Kernel (let's call it that, written in the DNA language, for the set of rules that form/sustain our body, making it able to exist)
The Mind (The OS that everyone uses, existing on top of the kernel)
This is actually a very complex system whos pure purpose seems to be the scheduling of data through the quantum computer that is our brain. However, this vessel cannot exist without the next set of elements:
Electric core (the energy running through/from/to the body)
Shard of The One (the spark of consciousness to enable it all)

All of this probably runs into this giant environment (sandbox? depending on size) that has a big set of variables, making the conditions possible for all other elements to form/exist.
So...
Environment: Light, Gravity, Electromagnetism.
Human Agent: Complex Layered Entity, holding together many modules, suggesting intelligent design. I made a quick small diagram trying to visualize it.

Sometimes it just doesn't seem possible to debug something this big, if you can't go down to it...
If The One was all there is, there was and there ever will be, I'll leave you with a short story from another Fantasy blog:

"When The One came into existence, there was nothing but him, at some point after this, he created his first face and shortly after that, became very lonely.
At another point forward, he managed to create the first mirror and shattered it. The effects each piece of this mirror had on him were profound, making him create The Mirror.
He gave a fraction of his own consciousness to each of the infinite amounts of fractal shards that went out after he shattered it... This is also known as the First Split.

Each reflection was now being done through the eyes of a being, inserted into that same piece of mirrored glass (for the limitations of our language we'll call it that).
One of those beings is the creator of this particular realm, our so-called universe/physical reality."

Here's where we skip forward, one of the clauses we signed off on to become human is that our perception goes through the melting process, splitting a single electric core into different elements, making us able to experience Time. Another thing on this "contract" states is that we agree to not remember anything...
